The exchange of experience took place during a stay with the experienced entrepreneur, which helped the new entrepreneur acquire the skills needed to run a small firm.The host benefits from fresh perspectives on his\/her business and got the opportunities to cooperate with foreign partners or learn about new markets.<\/p>\n<p>We at GC&amp;P have supported for a whole semester Jasper Egbobamwony-Bedaux, a young English entrepreneur with a very good knowledge of African sub Saharan markets, to specialize in lean transformation in companies of the service sector.<\/p>\n<p>The activities carried out were: Developing methods for the application of &#8220;Lean\u201d principles to health, oil and gas and banking sectors in Nigeria and in UK. Developing new products and services for new markets. Assist some Italian companies in the food and fashion industries to develop market opportunities in Sub-saharian Africa.
