{"id":10440,"date":"2018-01-31T12:50:56","date_gmt":"2018-01-31T11:50:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.gianesincanepari.com\/evento\/la-funzione-tempi-metodi-contesti-lean\/"},"modified":"2018-12-25T11:12:45","modified_gmt":"2018-12-25T10:12:45","slug":"la-funzione-tempi-metodi-contesti-lean","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/old.gianesincanepari.com\/en\/event\/la-funzione-tempi-metodi-contesti-lean\/","title":{"rendered":"Times and Methods Analysis in a Lean context"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The objective of our workshop is to analyse in depth the key concepts of <strong>production cycles<\/strong> and <strong>standard times<\/strong> and their use to determine <strong>manufacturing costs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will explain the most advanced notions on the criteria for estimating, analysing and controlling the factors that determine the consumption of resources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the day, we will deal with the following themes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Methods analysis and improvement<\/li>\n<li>The method of chronometric survey\n<ul>\n<li>Man\/machine cycles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency evaluation and coefficients of increase\n<ul>\n<li>Saturations and yields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Tecniques of estimation\n<ul>\n<li>MTM<\/li>\n<li>Work sampling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Introduction to the problems of ergonomy of the work place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our approach will be very practical. We will present some <strong>real examples<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our teacher will be Eng. <strong>Marco Minati<\/strong>, expert consultant, trainer and author of the book \u201cTempi e metodi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the event, we will give each participant a free copy of the book and a participation certificate.<\/p>\n<p>In the middle of the day, we will serve a buffet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The individual participation fee is \u20ac 300 + VAT.
