{"id":10593,"date":"2018-04-26T16:28:21","date_gmt":"2018-04-26T14:28:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.gianesincanepari.com\/evento\/la-gestione-delle-trattative-commerciali\/"},"modified":"2018-05-15T12:50:22","modified_gmt":"2018-05-15T10:50:22","slug":"la-gestione-delle-trattative-commerciali","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/old.gianesincanepari.com\/en\/event\/la-gestione-delle-trattative-commerciali\/","title":{"rendered":"How to manage sales negotiations"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><em>We help Small and Medium Enterprises to grow in the global market\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Inside our <strong>training path on sales,<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>we have decided to devote a Workshop to sales negotiations management.<\/p>\n<p><em>The<strong> objective<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0of this first meeting is to learn and apply a <strong>method<\/strong> to select sales opportunities and to focus on the best of them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During our meeting, we will deal with the following themes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to recognise a <strong>good sales opportunity<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>How to manage <\/em><\/strong><em>the opportunity<\/em>,\u00a0<strong><em>organize<\/em><\/strong>activities,\u00a0<strong><em>share<\/em><\/strong> actions and results,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer relationship<\/strong>: time management and service perception,<\/li>\n<li>Improving\u00a0<strong><em>forecasting capacity <\/em><\/strong><em>and<\/em> <strong>objectives achievement<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sales plan; <\/strong>a very useful tool to select good opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will also propose case studies and practice exercises.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At midday, a buffet lunch will be served.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the path, we will give an attendance certificate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enrolment fee is \u20ac 300 + VAT.<br \/>\nA special discount is reserved for companies that participate with more than one person.
