We will present the most advanced methods for the determination, analysis and control of cycle times. We will also examine some practical examples on processes, machines and plants in order to involve the participants and analyse in depth the most interesting and common situations and problems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROGRAMME<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to study and improve methods<\/li>\n<li>Methods for the chronometric analysis and the determination of standard times<br \/>\n&#8211; Man\/machine cycle<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency evaluation and increase coefficients<br \/>\n&#8211; Saturation and productivity<\/li>\n<li>Layout analysis<br \/>\n&#8211; Production flows analysis<\/li>\n<li>Methods of cycles determination<br \/>\n&#8211; MTM<br \/>\n&#8211; Work Sampling<\/li>\n<li>Ergonomy of the workplace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At midday a buffet lunch will be served.<\/p>\n<p>Our presenter will be Eng.
