Often budgeting is perceived as a long, time consuming and boring process that brings poor results.<\/p>\n

In our workshop you will discover how to define your objectives in a quick and effective way and start a great new year.<\/p>\n

Are you an entrepreneur or a manager who coordinates a team? During the workshop you will discover:<\/p>\n

  1. How to define your OBJECTIVES, MISSION and VISION in a clear, simple and effective way<\/li>\n
  2. How to move the first steps toward the company that you want to be<\/li>\n
  3. How and when to communicate your objectives to your team and how to involve them in the pursuit of the same objectives<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Our presenter is Chiara Tasinazzo, experienced trainer in Communication and Change Management who supports companies and people to improve welfare in the work- place, to share objectives and to strengthen their teams thanks to techniques of Experiential Training and Soft Skills Development.<\/p>\n
