New rules on Company Crisis: sixth meeting<\/p>\n
Legislative Decree 14 of 2019 establishes that every company must implement organizational structures capable to prevent possible situations of crisis. GC&P has developed a model that can allow a company not only to abide by the new law, but also to improve its organization according to the Lean principles and increase its sales and profits.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
By means of the bugeting process a company establishes its short- term objectives and strategies together with the actions and resources needed to implement those strategies. \u00a0The budget provides guidelines for the management, defines responsibilities and sets indicators for each objective so that it is possible to monitor the results achieved comparing them with those planned.<\/p>\n

How is it possible to prepare an effective budget?<\/p>\n
This workshop will focus on the process of drawing up a realistic and meaningful budget and it can be prticxularly helpful for entrepreneurs, managers and controllers.<\/p>\n
