GC&amp;P has developed a model that can allow a company not only to abide by the new law, but also to improve its organization according to the Lean principles and increase its sales and profits.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Every time a company supplies a product or a service to a customer it assumes a risk because it provides a value in the present against a payment to be received in the future. \u00a0Consequently, credit management is a vital activity for every company because of its impact on its financial situation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The main objectives of an effective credit management are the optimization of the collection cycle and the minimization of credit losses.
