New rules on Company Crisis: third meeting<\/p>\n

Legislative Decree 14 of 2019 establishes that every company must implement organizational structures capable to prevent possible situations of crisis. GC&P has developed a model that can allow a company not only to abide by the new law, but also to improve its organization according to the Lean principles and increase its sales and profits.<\/p>\n

How is it possible to analyse one\u2019s performances and compare them with those of one\u2019s competitors? Financial statements are a good tool to understand how a company stands in comparison with its competitors on certain basic data such as: sales and their growth rates, profit margins, cost structure, salaries and wages, investments, credits and debts etc.<\/p>\n

An analysis of competitors and a comparison with one\u2019s own performances gives a clear idea of one\u2019s position in the market and allows to identify one\u2019s weaknesses in comparison with the best practices and to plan possible improvement actions.<\/p>\n
