New rules on Company Crisis: fifth meeting<\/p>\n

Legislative Decree 14 of 2019 establishes that every company must implement organizational structures capable to prevent possible situations of crisis. GC&P has developed a model that can allow a company not only to abide by the new law, but also to improve its organization according to the Lean principles and increase its sales and profits.<\/p>\n

An in-depth knowledge of any phenomenon is the starting point to control it and eventually modify it. In order to run a business, it is necessary to use resources and incur costs and expenses. An in-depth knowledge of the various types of costs and their nature is of basic importance in order to start an effective process of cost control and reduction.<\/p>\n
