They are commercial terms universally accepted in international trade and have a clear and certain meaning for all traders all over the world.\u00a0 They define in a precise way the obligations of buyers and sellers and the allocation of shipment costs and risks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Incoterms rules have become an essential part of daily trade language.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>GC&amp;P proposes a cycle of 2 events, with the objective to provide useful tools and methods to face the problems of international trade and a strategy for getting the best possible benefits from existing\u00a0 international and local rules.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, March 17, 2020 \u2013 from 9.00 to 13.00<\/p>\n<li>What are incoterms<\/li>\n<li>Incoterms and international trade.<\/li>\n<li>What they regulate and what they do not regulate. How to use them in a correct way, classification, structure, risks, delivery, costs.<\/li>\n<li>Contents, main obligations, point of risk, point of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>New rules and main changes in comparison with previous rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday April 7, 2020 \u2013 from 9.00 to 13.00<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentation and discussion of cases required and\/or proposed by participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the meetings you will get important information on how to do an international legal transaction, on how to select sales conditions, on the new discipline of Incoterms and on the discipline of international guarantee.<\/p>\n<p>They are intended for Entrepreneurs, Sales back office managers, Sales managers, Chief executive officers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Participation fee is\u00a0\u20ac 500 + VAT.
