{"id":8948,"date":"2017-05-09T18:14:01","date_gmt":"2017-05-09T16:14:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.gianesincanepari.com\/en\/evento\/lean-team-cooking\/"},"modified":"2017-07-04T12:54:53","modified_gmt":"2017-07-04T10:54:53","slug":"lean-team-cooking","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/old.gianesincanepari.com\/en\/event\/lean-team-cooking\/","title":{"rendered":"TEAM COOKING: an experience to taste"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 7.5pt 0cm;\">In recent years many people have started thinking of cooking as a form of art linked to the creativity of a Chef and as a recreational moment to relax from the stress of the office or the factory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional cooking<\/strong>\u00a0is the result of many factors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>precision<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>professionalism<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>very good<strong>organization<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>efficient and effective team work<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 7.5pt 0cm;\">The &#8220;Kitchen Brigade&#8221; is a group of professionals with well defined <strong>roles<\/strong> and <strong>tasks<\/strong> that has a unique and <strong>common objective<\/strong>: <strong>quality and service<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>restaurant<\/strong> can be regarded as a sophisticated production and delivery system. To serve a supper is <strong>a make- to- order process<\/strong> that works and gets <strong>good results<\/strong> as a consequence of a <strong>coordinated team work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a manufacturing <strong>company<\/strong> a Lean Transformation project requires a team leader capable of <strong>motivating<\/strong> his team members, keeping the <strong>stress<\/strong> under control, solving <strong>conflicts<\/strong>, promoting <strong>collaboration<\/strong> in view of the common objective.<\/p>\n<p>In cooperation with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hangar78.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Hangar78<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0we have designed an event to explain the <strong>main characteristics of \u00a0a successful team and the way to build it.\u00a0<\/strong>We will do that exploring the <strong>analogies<\/strong> and <strong>differences<\/strong> between the activity of a <strong>Chef<\/strong> and his \u201c<strong>Kitchen Brigade<\/strong>\u201d and the activity of an <strong>Entrepreneur or Manager<\/strong> and <strong>his team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Through the experience of\u00a0<strong>Chef<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hangar78.com\/insegnanti\/valentina-bartolozzi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Valentina Bartolozzi<\/strong><\/a>, and in the magic atmosphere of Hangar78 kitchen, our experts will lead us to \u201ctaste\u201d the principles\u00a0of team building and lean organization.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In recent years many people have started thinking of cooking as a form of art linked to the creativity of a Chef and as a recreational moment to relax from [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_tribe_events_status":"","_tribe_events_status_reason":"","footnotes":""},"tags":[],"tribe_events_cat":[82],"class_list":["post-8948","tribe_events","type-tribe_events","status-publish","hentry","tribe_events_cat-lean-organization","cat_lean-organization"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
